The SERN Secretariat
The SERN Secretariat (currently based in Bologna) has the task to ensure the effectiveness of the work carried out in the priority areas, to foster the development of the network and to assist the members in establishing intra-network contacts.
The Secretariat also supports the statutory bodies (Assembly, Executive Board, Chairperson, Presidium and Board of Auditors) in order to assure an effective excercise of the tasks and comptences assigned by the statute.

Nicola is responsible for the management of the Secretariat, SERN and members'
projects, external relations, relations with applicant organisations as
well issues pertaining the financial management of the network.

Laura Avanzi - Project Support Officer
Laura is mainly responsible for supporting the developemnt
of projects among the members and for the SERN newsletter as well as other
tasks of general support to the activities of the Secretariat.

Anna Rosendahl - Trainee
Anna is a trainee at the Secretariat. She is a student from the University
of Gothenburg where she studies Media and Communicaton Studies.
