PEAC - Personnel Exchange among cooperatives

Length of the project: 17 months (2010-2011)
Objectives: The project focuses the development of innovative
methods for the exchange among civil society organisations and in particular
among organisations (cooperatives) promoting social inclusion of disadvantaged
and marginalized target groups.
The project has two main objectives:
-The development of innovative ways of exchange among civil society organisations;
-To increase the number of organizations active in transnational activities.
Activities: The project foresees two sessions of exchange,
one in each country in the spring of 2011. Each session consists of five
days of job shadowing in Italy and Sweden.
The sessions will be complemented by a preparatory and coordination meeting
in Parma, Italy and a
final dissemination seminar, where the results of the project will be presented.
Expected Results: The project will be developing a possible
model for the exchange of personnel by implementing job shadowing activities
among members, leaders and advisers of the organisations involved in the
two countries.
