Norbottens kommuner is a nonprofit organization owned by Norrbotten’s 14 municipalities that represents a common voice for the municipalities at home and abroad. It is a platform for collaboration, dialogue, and exchange of experience, where many course and conference activities are held. It also works for adding knowledge and developing skills in several areas, such as R & D & I, social welfare, regional development and community building, education and the labor market.
It supports the SERN member municipalities Luleå, Boden, Piteå in developing and implementing cooperation and projects within the network.
