The EQUAP Project has been selected as GOOD PRACTICE by the Italian Erasmus National Agency.

The MOBEC Project has been selected as GOOD PRACTICE by the Italian Erasmus National Agency.

PRESENTED AT THE ANNUAL COORDINATORS' MEETING OF KA2 PROJECTS

The Italian National Agency for the Erasmus+ programme “INDIRE” has invited SERN to present the project EQUAP: Enhancing Quality in ECEC Through Participation at the yearly meeting with the coordinators of newly approved Erasmus+ KA2 projects as a good example of how to manage these kind of projects.

SELECTED AS A GOOD PRACTICE

The Executive Agency for Audiovisual Education and Culture of the European Union (EACEA) has invited SERN and the Municipality of Linköping to present the result of the project “Building Actions of Guidance Services for Youth Employment Network” which has been selected as a good practices in the framework of the Europe for Citizens programme.

2013

PRESENTED AT THE ANNUAL COMENIUS COORDINATORS' MEETING

The Executive Agency for Audiovisual Education and Culture of the European Union (EACEA) on the basis of the outstanding results obtained as project coordinator of the Comenius Network CREANET has invited SERN to address Comenius project coordinators at the annual coordinators’ meeting on issues pertaining project management.

2012

INCLUDED IN THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION'S PUBLICATION

In 2012 the EACEA has issued a publication called “The citizen’s effect”, featuring 25 good examples of projects financed under the Europe for Citizens programme. The project European network on forward policies and actions for the seniors in Europe, coordinated by the Municipality of Skövde with the support of SERN, has been one of the practices selected.

SELECTED AS A BEST PRACTICE

In late 2012 the European Commission identified 25 projects to show as case examples of high quality projects implemented in the context of the Europe for Citizens Programme 2007-2013. Every year about 1000 different organisations have been awarded grants by the European Commission. The MANTT project was selected as a best practice in the field of capacity building projects.

2010

INVITED BY THE CROATIAN GOVERNMENT TO ADDRESS A NATIONAL CONFERENCE

The expertise collected in the context of the Europe for Citizens Programme in relations to thematic network building process led the Croatian Government to invite the Network Coordinator of SERN as a speaker at the national conference on the Europe for Citizen Programme organised in Opatja.

2009

AWARDED AS PROMOTER OF SWEDEN IN ITALY

The Swedish Embassy in Rome and the Italian Swedish Chamber of Commerce awarded the prize as Promoter of the year of Sweden in Italy to SERN as a result of the work carried out by the network in fostering the relations and links between the two countries.

INVITED TO A WORKING LUNCH WITH THE SWEDISH ROYAL FAMILY AND THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The role acquired by SERN in the context of the bilateral relations between Sweden and Italy has also been recognised in the occasion of the lunch meeting between the representatives of the Network, the Swedish Royal Family and the Swedish foreign Minister Carl Bildt in the context of the state visit to Italy in March 2009.

SELECTED AS A BEST PRACTICE

The European Commission identified SERN as best practice in the field of thematic networking in 2009. SERN was showcased by the European Commission at the 2009 General Assembly of CEMR.
