The course aims to provide adequate preparation to those who coordinate a project, in the first phase of implementation, the one that follows the notification of its approval.
At the end of the course you will be able to take the first steps to start the project, collect partnership agreements, read the GANTT chart, plan the kick-off meeting and all related activities.
