The General Assembly is the highest authority of the network and it has the power to take decision concerning all the activities of the network. The Assembly, held once a year either in Sweden or Italy, is chaired by the chair of the Executive Board.

    Encouraging organisational participation in international cooperation
    This session focused on how contact persons could raise the profile and perceived value of EU and international cooperation within their organisations and towards political leadership.
  • Managers
    Mainstreaming EU projects into organisational strategies
    Participants explored how EU projects and international activities could serve as drivers for cross-sectoral collaboration and institutional learning, helping local and regional authorities address increasingly complex and interconnected challenges.
  • Political representatives
    Political engagement in EU and international projects
    The session addressed how political leaders could become more strategically involved in the different phases of EU and international projects—moving beyond symbolic endorsement or formal approval to active engagement and leadership.
